What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy for Bob’s South Padre Fishing ensures flexibility while respecting the needs of both anglers and the charter. Here are the key points:

Cancellation by the Charter:

If Bob’s South Padre Fishing cancels the trip due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellation by the Angler:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Full refund will be provided for cancellations made within 1 month. Shorter timeframe will depend on whether your reservation is re-booked.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or no-shows will be charged the full deposit amount.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule, please notify Captain Bob as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and will depend on whether your original reservation is re-booked.
